Konsienti: Community Services Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by PT Takaza Innovatix Labs (Takaza Innovatix Labs Ltd.). The journal supports the documentation, evaluation, and dissemination of community service programs, community development initiatives, and applied knowledge that contribute to social well-being.

The journal provides an academic platform for researchers, educators, community organizers, students, and practitioners to present evidence-based community service initiatives, participatory approaches, capacity-building programs, social innovation, and sustainable community empowerment.

The journal's governance framework distinguishes institutional publishing and administrative responsibilities from independent editorial decisions. Its management principles emphasize responsible governance, research integrity, meaningful community engagement, transparency, and the ethical dissemination of scholarly and community-service outcomes.

01 / INSTITUTIONAL GOVERNANCE

Journal Ownership

Konsienti: Community Services Journal is published by PT Takaza Innovatix Labs, which provides the organizational and administrative framework supporting the journal's publication activities and scholarly communication infrastructure.

The publisher supports journal administration, the Open Journal Systems publishing platform, technical services, publication infrastructure, and access to published articles. This support helps the journal disseminate practical insights and evaluated community service experiences to a broad academic and professional readership.

The publisher's operational responsibilities are distinct from the evaluation of individual manuscripts. Institutional ownership or financial support does not guarantee acceptance, change editorial recommendations, or override the journal's academic and ethical assessment procedures.

02 / EDITORIAL GOVERNANCE

Editorial Management

Editorial management at Konsienti: Community Services Journal is coordinated by the Editor in Chief in collaboration with the Editorial Board, peer reviewers, and editorial office. Their responsibilities concern the journal's academic quality, scope, and integrity.

The editorial team oversees manuscript screening, peer-review coordination, assessments of academic originality and ethical compliance, editorial communication, and the publication of sound and useful community service scholarship.

Editorial decisions consider originality, the relevance of community needs, evidence of meaningful participation or program implementation, methodological transparency, measurable outcomes where applicable, and the contribution to community development and social services.

03 / ACADEMIC INDEPENDENCE

Editorial Independence

Konsienti: Community Services Journal is committed to editorial independence. Decisions concerning submitted manuscripts must remain free from inappropriate commercial, financial, institutional, or personal influence by the publisher, sponsors, partners, or other stakeholders.

The Editor in Chief and authorized editors determine whether manuscripts are accepted, revised, or rejected according to academic merit, peer-review evaluations, ethical considerations, and relevance to community service and empowerment.

Financial, technical, and administrative support must not create preferential treatment or guarantee publication. Editorial independence applies equally to submissions from institutional partners, community organizations, authors, and other contributors.

Principle of Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions should be determined by scholarly quality, originality, ethical compliance, relevance to communities, and the strength of evidence rather than financial considerations, institutional position, sponsorship, or personal relationships.

04 / GOVERNANCE PRINCIPLES

Transparency and Accountability

The journal seeks to keep accurate and accessible information about its publisher, editorial team, journal scope, contact channels, and publication procedures so that authors, readers, reviewers, and community partners can understand its governance.

Journal governance and editorial practices are intended to reflect internationally recognized publication-ethics principles, including guidance issued by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Reference to COPE guidance does not imply formal COPE membership.

The publisher and the editorial team should cooperate, within their respective responsibilities, to address concerns involving competing interests, authorship, research or publication misconduct, transparency of community participation, and corrections to the scholarly record.
