Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the success of a security services company in providing professional services. However, low work discipline and motivation remain challenges that can degrade employee performance at PT Metal Jaya Abadi, East Jakarta. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research method. The study population consisted of 50 employees, and the entire population was sampled using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire that met validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results of the study showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 7.351; p < 0.001), work motivation also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 2.460; p = 0.018), and both variables simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance (F = 82.373; p < 0.001) with an Adjusted R² value of 0.769. In conclusion, increasing work discipline and work motivation together was able to improve employee performance, with work discipline as the factor that had a more dominant influence
