The availability of clean water needs to be supported by quality monitoring that can be performed quickly and continuously. Manual monitoring cannot provide direct information on water quality parameters, creating a need for an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system. This study aimed to develop an IoT-based household clean water quality monitoring system using a Rule-Based method to measure TDS, pH, and turbidity and determine water suitability. The study employed a system design approach and an experimental method. The research object was household tank water, which was measured using an ESP8266, TDS, pH, and turbidity sensors, ADS1115, LCD, buzzer, and web dashboard. Data were analyzed based on sensor readings and Rule-Based rules through sensor testing, integrated three-sensor testing, website testing, and program implementation. The results showed that the three sensors operated in an integrated manner, produced real-time measurements, classified water conditions, displayed data on the LCD and website, and provided warnings through the buzzer. In conclusion, the developed system can support automatic and continuous monitoring of household water quality.
