Abstract

The effectiveness of implementing the Wordwall platform as an interactive quiz medium for teachers and students in Geography learning in the digital age. This service activity uses an integrated case study approach, thru mentoring Geography teachers in creating Wordwall-based quizzes for implementation in class XII.11 of SMAN 10 Makassar, involving 34 students. Data was collected thru direct participatory observation in the school and documentation of quiz results directly from the Wordwall platform. The results show that the implementation of Wordwall has proven effective in supporting the transformation of digital evaluation, characterized by a significant increase in teacher efficiency (quick quiz variations and elimination of manual grading) and high student engagement. Quantitatively, the average class score increased to 95 (from an estimated 85-88), and the passing rate reached 91.2% (31 out of 34 students), while the quiz duration was drastically reduced from 1 hour to 30 minutes. Therefore, it is recommended that the adoption of the Wordwall platform be expanded as a strategic solution to enhance teachers' digital competence and facilitate adaptive, interactive, and relevant learning processes in the Society 5.0 era, meeting the demands of 21st-century competencies.
